  • If your employer failed to follow guidelines such as social distancing, cleaning and disinfecting methods increasing your exposure to COVID you may have a claim. If you contracted COVID at work because of the failure of your employer to follow guidelines, failure to follow governmental rules and regulations, or required you to work in an unsafe workplace you may have a claim.
